What We Do
- At Harvard Union, we provide a platform for students to engage in debates, discussions, and public speaking events. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and have varying interests, but all share a passion for intellectual discourse and the exchange of ideas.
- We host weekly meetings where members can participate in a variety of activities, such as impromptu speaking, debate practice, and mock trials. Additionally, we organize larger events throughout the year, such as debates with other universities and public speaking workshops.
Who We Are Looking For
- We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about debating and public speaking, and who are committed to promoting free speech and the open exchange of ideas. While prior experience in debating is not required, we do seek individuals who are willing to challenge themselves and engage in intellectual discourse.
